ComicBooked! is a community-first professional platform built by and for comic book comic pros — with a main focus on Black comic pros, with a particular focus on Black women. Also built for comic pros of color, LGBTQIA+, disabled comic creators, and any comic professional who shares our values.

Our Story
Why ComicBooked! Exists
For generations, Black comic pros have shaped comic book culture while being systematically excluded from its economic rewards, professional infrastructure, and leadership opportunities.
Black women comic pros in particular have faced compounded barriers — racial bias, gender discrimination, economic marginalization, online harassment, and lack of institutional support.
ComicBooked! exists to directly address these historic inequities by building ethical, culturally grounded digital infrastructure that centers Black creativity, Black enterprise, and Black leadership.
